“I ordered barbecue wings with ranch and I got Burning hot wings no ranch. Also, my cheese sticks are not cooked all the way through. All this after driving to pick up this food in sub zero temps because ordering delivery from them would have doubled the price. All of these long time restaurants are going out of business and I can absolutely see why. You suck Pizza Hut in Farmington Minnesota.”
“First, I don’t usually purchase pizza from restaurants. Had a desire for pizza but didn’t feel up to making my own. Decided to give one of the well known pizza restaurants another chance. This one is located in NW Houston on Antoine Road. Unfortunately, against the wishes of everyone I asked, I chose Pizza Hut. I don’t have enough descriptive adjectives to describe how disappointed I was!! I placed an order for
two medium sized pizzas, wings, and garlic bread slices/sticks.
What I actually got cannot rightfully be called “pizza”. Since it was around lunchtime, I expected freshly made or almost freshly made food.
The Hut pizzas had “very little” toppings of everything. You could literally count how many pieces of pepperoni and how much sausage and barely any cheese that there was topping the pizza. Added to that, the wings were old and dry. The sauces were even terrible! Everything tasted like it was reheated after sitting under a hot light for too long.
Honestly, store bought frozen pizza is better made and tastes a hundred times better. For what pizzas costs these days, Customers should be able to get better value for the money. Thumbs down for this chain.”
“What’s the point of placing an order ahead of time, and paying for it; 6 hours in advance…if I gotta wait 30 plus minutes for my food? This location on Mormon Coulee has no one working the counter, no food is coming out. Ridiculous.”
“Booked for 6 people 15.15pm was never told by the booking staff that the buffet finished at 3pm.One of my great nieces it was her 6th birthday, well they were looking forward to the buffet we all were..We have been coming to pizza hut well over 30 years.We won't be visiting again.My great niece was very upset. 😡😡😡It ruined the day.”
“My mother-in-law is 98 years old. She has been very unwell since Christmas and has only been out twice since finally beginning to feel a little better. My sister-in-law & I took her out today and visited Pizza Hut at Peterborough Boongate. She has not yet really got her appetite back and has limited taste. Therefore my sister-in-law decided to share a meal with her. They chose the Buffet lunch and went to get a slice of pizza each. The woman at the counter rudely told them they could not have 2 plates because they had only bought 1 meal. When I went up to the counter to get a further slice an assistant went to the table and insisted that they pay for a further meal. For £20 they ate between them 4 slices of pizza and 2 small salads. At the same time a couple on the next table paying exactly the same amount went up to the pizza counter & salad bar at least 3 times returning with 3 or 4 slices of pizza and a full salad bowl each time. We were in no way trying to get free food, we were merely eating a similar or less amount of food than other customers but sharing a portion. Whilst I can see that the staff saw the situation as customers trying to get something for nothing, if they had actually tried to talk to us they would have understood what we were doing and why. For a woman if her age this was very upsetting, she would never try to take something she was not entitled to and it has left her quite shaken. Suffice to say I am loath to patronise Pizza Hut again.”

“Pizza hut needs to pickup their pace customer service is terrible had ordered pizza at 4:53pm was suppose to be ready at 5:08 husband stood in store for 20 minutes before anyone came to front another customer said he had been there 30 minutes and was yelling to see if anyone was there he said his pizzas he could see sitting there for 30 minutes our pizzas were terrible had ordered a large pan meat lovers and a medium sausage and beef both were bad will not be going back to Collierville pizza hut.”
“I am not to happy with Pizza Hut seeing I ordered my food for delivery got charged a delivery fee but still had to pay someone to deliver my pizza. And they wouldn't use the five dollars I was already charged for there tip. There for I had to pay an extra $7.50. And when we finally got our food. It was cold, the breadsticks were hard. Will NOT be going back!”

“I order 2 large peperoni pizzas on line .I waited over 20 minutes past my pickup time. A girl took them from the oven, a guy cut them and left them to get cold on a table while I'm standing there waiting . I ask for the pizza remarked they are getting cold. The girl was sarcastic snotty, so much for customer satisfaction?? . The pizza was terrible cold.peperoni cheese lacking.Very sad place, save your money.We were disappointed in the experience very poor quality and service with bad attitude. Can't even make pizza !”
“I ordered 7 pizzas for our team for our inventory day. When they were delivered, I was shorted 1 pizza. I called the store and they stated they couldn't issue me a refund, but they would reach out to their DM and have their DM issue a credit. Since then, I have contacted their customer service dept. 5x about this credit. At this point, it's not about the money so much as their customer service is horrible. I will NEVER go back to this company if this is how they treat their customers.”
“My husband I visited store #2064, where on that day a manager by the name of Katie was working. She very much seemed as though she didn't want to be there from the beginning of us walking in however we went ahead and stayed. I had to ask several times for the food on the bar to be brought out and each time she appeared to be very irritated that I was asking as if restocking the buffet was an issue being that you guys offer a buffet. She was very loud and chatty about other people to the customers and the staff on duty. A woman came in with her child, the woman had a complaint about the pizza she was given and instead of rectifying the issue, Katie made a display of the woman. She berated her as though she was less than and she even mentioned loudly that she does this all the time, what does she expect. Regardless if she does or not, she does not need to be made to feel less than. The woman had her receipt and had a complaint, fix it properly not for the entire restaurant to hear and definitely not to pull the other staff in on it. A manager is a teacher and leader and she is neither of those. In addition, as I was leaving I noticed that she picked up the tip for our waitress and she was not the one that waited on us. Very dissatisfied with the restaurant now that she is there and was a regular that really doesn't want to be anymore. The energy in that restaurant is very different now that she is there.”

“Horrible pizza again! thought I'd give them another chance.... ordered a veggie pizza.. hand tossed with pesto sauce. Holy moly.... came crispy flat crust, no pesto and maybe a tablespoon on cheese directly in the center. it was dry and tasteless. I called to let them know .. also no pesto. TJ told me they didn't have pesto . .but he charged me for it. Said he'd give me a credit. and also he put the amount of cheese he was supposed to. he said they recently decreased the amount. I have had frozen pizzas emmensely better. NO ... I won't be going back for my credit!”
