I called the store and was informed they couldn’t honour the advertised special because they were out of medium pizza shells. Seems suspicious to me that they were out of shells for a special deal. “I ordered my food through the app and paid with credit card, they brought another customer order to me. called the store was told they'd send me my correct order. the door dasher comes an tells me I have to pay cash we called the store an bob the manager says he has to bring the food back because I stated I am not paying twice. they took the food I called back repeatedly just to be hung up on even by the manager after yelling at me it's not his problem contact door dash. I called back again explain that I ordered through Pizza Hut app not door dash and at this point I want my refund. the incompetent manager bob says door dash has to refund me I remind him I ordered through the app not door dash he yells at me again stating he might give me a refund his stores too busy an then hangs up again. this was the absolute worst experience I have received I am appalled and disgusted being treated in this manner when the fault lies with the restaurant. “@Farhan. I had the same experience. Very disappointing. I ordered 3medium pizza. Had to wait 30 minutes while the pizza's were made and trying to enter the voucher code. Staff told me I had to payefull amount because pizzahut had not entered the code in the system. So I left, leaving them 3 pizza's. Not even an excuse on the app. Treating your customers like this is the best promotion for Domino's.”
“I recently received a WhatsApp message from Pizza Hut offering a flat 50% discount on orders above 500 INR with a special voucher code. Excited to use this offer, I went to the Pizza Hut Cortical branch, but the staff informed me that I couldn’t use the discount there. Undeterred, I tried to place an order through the app instead, but the voucher code didn’t work online either. I ended up paying the full amount due to what seems to be a technical error or misleading promotion.
This was incredibly frustrating. I went out of my way to avail the offer only to be denied both in-store and on the app. Pizza Hut should not promote offers that don’t work and mislead customers in this way. This experience has left me disappointed, and I feel like I wasted my time and money.”
“No value, they are not mentioning the size of pizza in menu card, I ordered peporony chicken pizza but they put 4 paper thick sausage chicken pieces in the pizza, they are exploiting indins in other countries they serve good pizza , because here no government authority is monito what they served shame on you pizza hut”
