“In my delivery instructions i put in the driver notes to please place on my bench. When the driver arrived he proceeded to bang on my door. When i answered and stepped outside he sat there looking at me. I asked if there was something i needed to sign . He said no. He then in a not so friendly tone asked if he should place the order on my bench. I said yes. As he was leaving he says, usually it shows this is a no contact order. I replied and said your attitude is not necessary. I thought i tipped on the app and the tip was not added. I dont know if he purposely banged on my door and sat there looking at me so he would get his tip. I was going to call and have a tip added as i saw on the receipt there was none. However with his attitude no i was not going to tip for that service. I usually tip very well as i am a delivery driver as well. His attitude and lack of following instructions swayed me not to”
“The pizza we ordered didn’t look at all like the large supreme with stuffed crust we ordered! We barely saw the toppings and some toppings were clumped at the bottom each slice on the pizza. It was 4 of 5 pieces of green pepper at the bottom of each slice. I can’t believe whomever was in charge would not not let this go out looking like that. It wasn’t very hot.. We were looking forward to having Pizza Hut..we were very disappointed to say the least.

“I ordered a pizza and the machine/card reader wasn't working so I had to run to a ATM and get cash, they proceeded to leave when I went to grab money then they, let my pizza get cold, I finally paid for the food and went to go eat it when I figured out he was eating it in my car there was only 8 pieces left, I called the pizza hut I ordered from and ask for a full refund and a free pizza then these kids that worked there blocked my number, this is unbelievably disrespectful to me and my kids. - Karen”
“Ordered 3 x pizzas £38, arrived cold and without bacon on 2 x pizzas. Called Pizzahut Aldershot only to be told by no bacon you can complain with customer services not our proplem.

We called to inform the centre but he refused to listen
Besides there was no tomato ketchup at all..!!said it's payable!!if so they should inform the customer first
Remember not all the customers are indians,we are from Tanzania and never had a problem with pizza hut there

I called the store and was informed they couldn’t honour the advertised special because they were out of medium pizza shells. Seems suspicious to me that they were out of shells for a special deal. Very, very disappointed!!!!”

“I ordered my food through the app and paid with credit card, they brought another customer order to me. called the store was told they'd send me my correct order. the door dasher comes an tells me I have to pay cash we called the store an bob the manager says he has to bring the food back because I stated I am not paying twice. they took the food I called back repeatedly just to be hung up on even by the manager after yelling at me it's not his problem contact door dash. I called back again explain that I ordered through Pizza Hut app not door dash and at this point I want my refund. the incompetent manager bob says door dash has to refund me I remind him I ordered through the app not door dash he yells at me again stating he might give me a refund his stores too busy an then hangs up again. this was the absolute worst experience I have received I am appalled and disgusted being treated in this manner when the fault lies with the restaurant. I WILL NEVER RETURN AS A CUSTOMER AND I AM CALLING CORPORATE BECAUSE STILL PIZZA HIT HAS MY MONEY AND I STILL HAVE NO FOOD!!!!!!!!”

And cold so was the chips I'm so disappointed in the quality of food that food outlets are providing for good morning plus deliver man rang me and demand I went to him to collect my order I told him I paid for deliver I find aswell deliver driver for food outlets are real lazy with a disgusting service

“@Farhan. I had the same experience. Very disappointing. I ordered 3medium pizza. Had to wait 30 minutes while the pizza's were made and trying to enter the voucher code. Staff told me I had to payefull amount because pizzahut had not entered the code in the system. So I left, leaving them 3 pizza's. Not even an excuse on the app. Treating your customers like this is the best promotion for Domino's.”
