“Food was not cooked through properly, was missing toppings on some pieces and one pizza had no sauce at all. Chicken strips had sauce spilled out of sauce container and made the strips soggy and kids couldn’t eat them cause they had the sauce on it that they do not like. Sauce container should not be leaking and should not be put inside with the food. It’s very unhygienic!!”
“Back in September I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut. They had a special going on that I would be eligible for a free pizza in the next two weeks. When I received the code and tried to use it the code would not work. I tried all afternoon but it wouldn’t work. I emailed Pizza Hut and they responded and asked me to send them the code. I did and still haven’t heard from them. Today is Oct. 17th. I decided to email them again. When I try to enter the location it won’t take it. I’ve tried over and over again. So I’m guessing they just don’t honor their promises. I did love Pizza Hut and thought it was the best pizza out there. But I won’t be spending any more money there. Very disappointed. ☹️”
“We had raw pizza dough on both pizzas. We could not find any sauce on the veggie pizza and the pepperoni pizza had 3/8 slices with no cheese and no pepperoni!!!
The pizzas were not cooked and had scanty toppings which as I said were missing on nearly half the pieces. The chicken strips were not edible by my kids because they put the ranch sauce inside the container and the chicken poked a hole in the sauce lid and the sauce leaked all over the hot chicken strips which made them soggy and not all the kids like the ranch sauce so they could not eat them. This was highly defective food and for what we paid we are very angry about the entire order!!!
What will you do to make this right? I should not be paying more than $70 when more than half our food is not edible. This is ridiculously poor quality. Raw pizza and ruined chicken!”
“I have never had a complaint about Pizza Hut, until now. Tonight I ordered a Personal size pizza and I was shocked at how small it was. It was only about 5 inches in diameter and cut into 4 tiny pieces with only one slice of pepperoni per slice! I requested that it be cooked "well done" but instead, it was under cooked and the crust was all gooey. I paid $10 for the pathetic little thing and I won't ever make this mistake again! Seriously, it was less pizza than you would get from two normal sized slices. I'm really disappointed in Pizza Hut and will be telling all my friends.”

“I’m extremely frustrated with Pizza Hut’s service. Every Tuesday, they offer a "Buy One, Get One Free" deal, but every time I place an order, it’s either late or wrong. “My family and I was looking forward to some Stuffed crust Pizza. The first thing that came to mind was Pizza Hut. So I ordered a Pizza from the Vineland, Nj Pizza Hut on Chestnut Avenue.
It was the Poorest made Pizza i Ever had.
They made me a second one just as poor. Barely any Pepperoni and Sausage on it. I should have known that the service was Poor due to the Empty Parking Lot. The Pizza Hut in Vineland,Nj need some serious Help in Customer service.”

“We had ordered two pizzas online to have delivered at 11:30. They came with one pizza so I called them and asked him where the other one was they did apologize and they will send that pizza out, but they didn’t know when because they didn’t have a driver right away. They you never came with the pizza we called and asked for a refund they couldn’t do that either until the next day they did give us the refund back for a pizza.
