“I recently received a WhatsApp message from Pizza Hut offering a flat 50% discount on orders above 500 INR with a special voucher code. Excited to use this offer, I went to the Pizza Hut Cortical branch, but the staff informed me that I couldn’t use the discount there. Undeterred, I tried to place an order through the app instead, but the voucher code didn’t work online either. I ended up paying the full amount due to what seems to be a technical error or misleading promotion.
This was incredibly frustrating. I went out of my way to avail the offer only to be denied both in-store and on the app. Pizza Hut should not promote offers that don’t work and mislead customers in this way. This experience has left me disappointed, and I feel like I wasted my time and money.”
“No value, they are not mentioning the size of pizza in menu card, I ordered peporony chicken pizza but they put 4 paper thick sausage chicken pieces in the pizza, they are exploiting indins in other countries they serve good pizza , because here no government authority is monito what they served shame on you pizza hut”

“Here in Texas, we want our pizza loaded with toppings but ours was anything but. We asked for Light sauce and extra cheese and got no sauce and very little cheese. The pizza was some of the worst I've ever eaten. It was like a boxed store bought pizza. It was a whole lot of bread and very little ingredients. For $25 you expect to get more than what I got. Normally, I can eat about half of a large pizza which is about 4 pieces and this one was so bad, I stopped at 3. My advice to Pizza Hut is put more stuff on the pizza.”
“Ordered pizza with soda for the family online and wanted to enjoy it. Unfortunately, no soda was sent with 5 boxes of pizza. They know how to get the money but they don't know how to send what was ordered. Called them right way and they said the same driver will get it for you asap, still waiting 2 days past.. No soda, no money, no apologies from the store. I'm so upset bc I wanted our family to enjoy the dinner together but everything got ruined, pizza got cold, and I had to eat it myself.. No family dinner as a result. Can you trust Pizza hut? Nope.”

“I am writing to express my frustration with the handling of my recent issue at the Aurora location. I have submitted my receipt twenty times and requested a callback regarding my loyalty points, but I am still waiting for a resolution. This experience has been incredibly inconvenient and disappointing, especially given my commitment to Pizza Hut.
The response I received from the store manager, Hilary, was to call corporate even though she was asked to use my phone number for points. the reply was not satisfactory. I expected a much higher level of service, considering my loyalty as a customer. I believe that every customer deserves better support when they face issues.
I urge management to address this matter immediately, as I am eager to resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding; I look forward to a swift resolution.”
“The pizza hut at 1913 3rd avenue in Manhattan was horrendous. Burned thin pizza crust and what's suppose to be wings are chicken nuggets. To top it off no drinks available. Total waste of money. Tried to cut the pizza and had a hard time since it was so overdone. Don't waste your money at this location.”

“I visited the pizza hut in mabellah, Muscat. I had the worst pizza of my life. The taste of chicken in the pizza was pathetic. I requested for extra cheese and they did not add it. Even couldn't feel the pizza smell and taste.
Really the standard of pizza hut is downgraded like anything.
I would never ever go to pizza hut.

“Ordered our meal and the drinks turned up quite quickly, but after an hour no food, we asked the waiter who blamed it on the previous shift for not restocking ???
After another 20 minutes we spoke to the manager and was told that there must be something wrong with the system as our order was showing (although we had our drinks ordered at the same time ??)
She told us it would be out in 10 minutes, 20 minutes later no food had arrived, by this time we’d had enough and asked for a refund. As we were leaving a pizza turned up but not the rest of the order.
To add insult to injury the waiter started banging around cutlery and giving us attitude. On the way out he started laughing ….. My worst experience in any restaurant anywhere totally shocking, still waiting for a refund”
