I recently visited the Pizza Hut branch on Boulevard Riyadh and was extremely disappointed with the quality of both the food and service. The pizza was far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Pizza Hut, especially compared to other locations. Additionally, the staff seemed poorly trained, which further worsened the experience. As a loyal customer, I hope Pizza Hut maintains consistent quality across all branches. This particular location urgently needs improvement in food preparation, ingredient standards, and staff training. I hope my feedback is taken seriously to ensure better experiences for future customers.
