I have ordered from Pizza Hut multiple times in the past from 1099 S. Main St. in Bg, Oh. I have have okay pizza, and decent pizza from Pizza Hut generally, tonight's order was however, 5 star!!! Jonathan, and Mercedes took care of me from start to finish better than ANY staff has in my past ex with Pizza Hut in BG, Oh. When I called to commend, instead of complain, I was put directly in touch with, Justin, their manager. That made me feel appreciated. Shout out to ALL who took the moments to make my meal exceptional enough to leave this review. You all deserve a raise - fries were hot 20 minutes later - just outstanding - and sincerely, thanks again. I will always recommend!
