at about 1:30 today, I tried to call in my order. guy asked me my phone number and name...proceeded to take my order...asked me which location to pick up at...I told him the street name...he asked the city and state...he asked the zip code...I said I have never had a problem before...he got smart and said, "well you having a problem today." I asked for a supervisor...he transferred me to another pizza hut in the city. she almost took my order but then said, "you have the wrong pizza hut." I said, you can't just take my order and send it to the pizza hut I want it picked up from. she said no, this is not customer service where they can look at your history, etc. by this time, I am frustrated and completely changed my mind about ordering.
