I signed up for the rewards and I accumulated enough points to redeem for a medium 2 topping pizza. The problem is that when I try to redeem my points they don't go through or register and when I called the store to talk to a person they wasn't able to help me and said that they have nothing to do with the pizza hut app or online orders. What us the sense of having an app or points if I can't can't redeem them and the employees at the store are no help??!! I'm very disappointed!!
