The Silver Spring store is HORRIBLE! Placed an order an hour before they closed, called to get a status and was told it was coming, got transferred to the store then the call DISCONNECTED. Called back 20 minutes later to hear that my order was cancelled and i should’ve been contacted! Then was told the store was closed and a complaint was sent to the store and there was no corporate number! WTF! Had to find the 800# and select that I was placing an order to talk to someone! RIDICULOUS! This is the 2nd issue I’ve had with this location and I’ll NEVER order from them again! When in doubt, stick with what you know, Dominoes came within 30 minutes (SMH)! Save time and your patience, SKIP PIZZA HUT!!
