Terrible. Pizza Hut went from being the standard to being the worst of all pizza restaurants. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce. What I received was a very overcooked pizza with hard cheese and zero to very little sauce. I also ordered a Melt that was very overcooked with no sauce visible. Pizza Hut sent me a coupon for a free pizza as a apology of sorts. However...when I went to use it it would not work. So I went to try again. Now it said the coupon was no longer valid though it was issued that same day. ​I then checked my order history to discover that there was an order there for absolutely nothing, no pizza, no items at all...but I used the coupon for it. So I used the coupon to order absolutely nothing? How is nothing even an order? I called the store...no knowledge of any order using the code...an order for nothing. I just came to terms with the fact Pizza Hut is now the very last place anyone should order pizza. I ended up going to Pizza Inn. Very good pizza. Very reasonable prices. Very friendly. Pizza was hot and great. Haven't been able to say that about Pizza Hut for several years now. ​
