I went to lakeshore and 3rd Street to order pizza. This old man was unfriendly when I told him I want easy on tomato sauce. I had bought one a week ago and the lady was nice and did exactly what I told her. There was another staff in the kitchen who came to tell me to come when that lady is working. I told them Good customer service is key to a successful business which I know as a retired bank staff
