i visited the pizza hut on dorothy lane in kettering ohio. i paid $16.99 for a medium pizza. i went to my car to wait on it. i noticed a sign that said any large pizza any toppings for $12. i talked to the mgr and asked why he didn’t offer me the deal. he just kind of shrugged his shoulders and said he just rung in what i ordered. poor customer service. if you can save your customer money by letting them know about deals that would help ensure a return visit. think i’ll stick to dominos or papa john’s.
