On 5/3/24 I ordered from the Pizza Hut on 8557 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy in Kissimmee, FL. My family of 8 was there for a cheer competition. I ordered 2 pizzas, wings, breadsticks & a 2 liter. I paid almost $60. They delivered the pizza & the breadsticks...no wings & no soda. I called the store about 5-7x but kept getting routed to a call center that could not do anything. I was told to call corporate who would not be open again until Monday. On Monday I called corporate, was told to fill out a questionnaire online if I have a complaint. I did that & received an email saying I would hear from them in 3 business days. Within that timeframe I tried to call again, was given a reference # & told I should hear from someone within 3 business days. This time I decided to try to wait. After 6 days I filed a 2nd complaint online. They responded apologizing again & telling me I will hear something in 3 business days. After 3 more days I try to call the actual store again & no one answers. So I sent another email explaining this whole story as well as my disappointment & frustration. Guess what they said...yep another apology & a 3 business day promise. It is now the 12th. I respond saying it should be immediately at this point. On the 16th I call back with my reference # & the person on the phone promises to escalate it & I will hear from someone on the 20th. Of course no one called yesterday either. So today I call back & I argue with someone for 30 minutes because I wouldn't accept the 3 business day bs again. I told him I will just sit there & hold up his line until he can get a supervisor on the phone. He swore up & down supervisors aren't available & they have to do the same escalation process. I refused to accept it & finally was offered 2 large pizzas for free. Pizza Hut has been in business since 1958. Why in the world did a loyal customer have to go through having money taken from them, over 2 weeks of the run around & then to practically have to harass someone to get something in return for the money I paid. Of course I will never spend another dime there but it is just extremely disappointing how the issue was handled.
