I order Pizza Hut all the time through the app but my rewards never show up in the app. I have almost 300 points that I can’t redeem because they aren’t visible in the app. When I call the rewards help line they tell me how many points I am but all they do is “escalate” my ticket. So why order any more pizza if they will not update my reward points on the app. I’m done ordering from them!
