I ordered from online. Went in it was super busy. Asked her if she received my order she said no. I says but it pulled the money and it's pending. She's like I'm telling you I didn't receive your order it's not in my system. She seemed to be more preoccupied with the people behind me trying to get into the restaurant to have a sit-down food experience. She seemed annoyed with me when I showed her that it pulled 23.?? something dollars from my checking but she says that she never received my order. I told her can I have your name so I can tell my bank that you guys didn't give me a pizza but yet pulled money from my account. She says... I'm the manager And when I close out my computers tonight that won't be on there it will just disappear from pending. Then she seemed to stare at me and talk to other people. She Never said, you know I'm sorry about that. Hey, let me catch your order that one won't charge. But I'll help you do a takeout order. But NO. Nothing she act like she was annoyed with me and wanted me out of her way. She wanted to only help and have sit down restaurant customers. I will never go to Caro Michigan ever again too Pizza Hut. I thought I try something new. I'm normally a customer for Hungry Howie's or Little Caesars. Why I Stray from what I know.... I have no idea.
