Place a 8 pizza order multiple times a year online from my home in Florida for a client's team in Indiana. Last time Pizza Hut's online platform was down. That required me to order it direct with the local Pizza Hut. Then corporate refused to honor my receipt for rewards points. All because I put the customers number on the order instead of mine. It shows me Pizza Hut puts zero value on customer loyalty. So, I will no longer do business at Pizza Hut, because of their corporate low level of customer service.
