Went to Hereford - staff attitude was appalling, food came out in drubs and drabs because they had put the order through incorrectly- it was a big problem apparently as she huffed and puffed at us when we had to keep asking for the things we had ordered ! We are 60+ and had 3 x 10 yr old well behaved boys with us. Not impressed at all
