I ordered my pizza online, and the order confirmation said it would be ready at 7:05. When I got there the lady asked for my name and looked at her computer, then said it would be ready in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later she asked me if she could help me and I gave my name again. she said she couldn't find the order. So, I waited another 20 minutes. I would have left, but had already paid online. I should know better than to get pizza from a place that hires incompetent people.
