I’m extremely frustrated with Pizza Hut’s service. Every Tuesday, they offer a "Buy One, Get One Free" deal, but every time I place an order, it’s either late or wrong. On their website, they promise delivery within 15-20 minutes, but it’s been over 2 hours and my order still hasn’t arrived! This isn’t the first time either—every time it’s the same story. They just keep making excuses and wasting customers’ time. It's honestly the worst service I’ve experienced, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
