I am writing to express my frustration with the handling of my recent issue at the Aurora location. I have submitted my receipt twenty times and requested a callback regarding my loyalty points, but I am still waiting for a resolution. This experience has been incredibly inconvenient and disappointing, especially given my commitment to Pizza Hut.
The response I received from the store manager, Hilary, was to call corporate even though she was asked to use my phone number for points. the reply was not satisfactory. I expected a much higher level of service, considering my loyalty as a customer. I believe that every customer deserves better support when they face issues.
I urge management to address this matter immediately, as I am eager to resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding; I look forward to a swift resolution.
