I had a disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut. I was the only person in line, yet it took an unreasonably long time for someone to take my order. There was no clear explanation for the delay, and the staff didn't seem attentive. It's frustrating when customer service feels like an afterthought, especially when the place isn't busy. Definitely not the experience I expected.
