I placed an order on 26/03/25 for 2 veg supreme and some how got it wrong base so I called to complain that my order is wrong one of the staff said don’t worry next time order one and we will give you one free so I called today 04/04/25 around 4.50pm and the manager said bring receipt and I will sort it so I went around 5.45pm and manager sorted both pizza’s as complementary and I was willing to pay for one but he said it’s ok I thought that was so nice of him he went extra mile I am really pleased and enjoyed it so much once again thank very much for giving me 5 star service at lakeside village, white rose way Doncaster kind regards m.Ilyas
