Stay away from this company. It’s a scam I trusted in this company to deliver flowers to my mother in law in Mexico since she passed suddenly & I was not able to attend the service & funeral. I paid for my order in full, about $140.00 USD, and my order was supposed to be delivered between 1-7pm. The flowers never arrived, no one reached out to me at all. I contacted customer service through what’s app & didn’t hear back until the next day apologizing that they could not fulfill my order due to not having enough fresh flowers to complete my order. In the e-mail they wanted to know if I wanted the flowers delivered the next day why would I want the flowers the next day? My mother in law was buried and my flowers never arrived. What they did was so wrong & unforgiving. I trusted in them & they did me wrong. I still have not received a refund or anything. They are sorry, they are a scam. Please please stay away & don’t trust in these people.
