This seems to be a terrible company. Do not use them. The flowers I got were the equivalent of a £4 bunch from Aldis or Lidls. But they cost £40 and some flowers were dead. We sent pictures. Prestige flowers said they were ok? We said they are nothing like your adverts. I feel like I have been scammed by this India owned company. DO NOT GET FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY...EVER.

Flowers were not fresh. The snapdragons were dead but since they were a birthday gift I placed them on a vase. The roses had brown round the petals and the whole bunch looked on their last legs. I complained but was told that I hadn’t complained soon enough. It should have been obvious from the photo that 4 day old flowers shouldn’t look like that. I was offered £10 off another bunch. I declined.

I purchased for my mothers birthday. They arrived a day later and they refused to reimburse part of the postage. I would give 0 stars if I could

Ordered some flowers for a birthday and they arrived yesterday as arranged. But look nothing like what i Ordered and with a card and delivery they cost £49, they were not even worth £10. I feel upset and embarrassed to have given them to someone. I have emailed them and they answered me with , their manager said they will look better in 3 days and they have passed their quality control, what a load of rubbish, they need their eyes tested as they are almost dead. Would not recommend Prestige Flowers to anyone, go to Sainsbury's better quality and much cheaper.

I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY. FLOWERS ORDERED FOR DELIVERY TO ADDRESS IN FRANCE. I WAS CONTACTED A DAY AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. THIS HADNT BEEN A COMPLUSORY FIELD ON THE ORDER FORM. AS A RESULT I WAS THEN TOLD DELIVERY HAD SLIPPED BY A DAY. THEN A FEW HOURS LATER I WAS E MAILED TO ADVISE DELIVERY HAD THEN SLIPPED A FURTHER 3 DAYS. SO 4 DAYS AFTER ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE. THEY DID NOT ARRIVE ON THAT DAY! NUMEROUS E MAILS TO AND FROM COMPANY ENSUED. THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD NO CONTROL OVER LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE. QUOTED Ts AND Cs CONTINUALLY SAYING THEY WAS AN ALLOWABLE SLIPPAGE OF 3 DAYS AFTER INITIAL DELIVERY DATE. THE FLOWERS HAD BEEN ORDERED AS THANK YOU GIFT FOR FRIENDS. THEY FINALLY ARRIVED ON DAY 6! APPARENTLY SIMPLY THROWN OVER THE GARDEN WALL! BY THAT TIME THE RECIPIENT HAD LEFT THEIR HOME FOR A VACATION. PRESTIGE FLOWERS CONTINUED TO QUOTE Ts AND Cs. NO OFFER OF REFUND . IN THE END THEY AGREED TO A CREDIT FOR THE POSTAGE CHARGE. OBVIOUSLY I DID NOT WISH TO HAVE A CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT AS I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN . EVENTUALLY THE COMPANY FINALLY AGREED TO REFUND THE POSTAGE CHARGE. THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY WAS APPALLING.

I ordered flowers from Prestige Gifting to be delivered on my first wedding anniversary — a clearly time-sensitive occasion. They didn’t arrive on the date I selected, and the company refused to refund me, even though I live in Glasgow, a major city. They repeatedly claimed Scotland is a “remote area,” despite that not being true according to Royal Mail’s own policies. I’ve had no option but to escalate this through my card provider and report them to Trading Standards. Be cautious if you’re ordering anything time-sensitive.

Atrocious Customer Service Paid for 24 hour delivery. After they did not arrive, contacted he company and was simply a copy and paste generic response of their terms and conditions. Next day, still hadn't arrived and was quoted the same. After 3 days of none arrival I contacted them again and was offered a refund of the postage only. The flowers arrived 3 days after the paid for delivery date. The box was almost destroyed, flowers yellow and half dead, wilted and leaves falling. I sent photos of them as they were delivered damaged, with the postman in shot as proof, photos of the yellowing and half dead flowers and requested s refund. They asked to send more photos. I am now waiting on confirmation that I will be refunded and will pursue alternative methods if necessary. No apology no offer of recompense. Awful customer service (or complete lack of), generic unhelpful responses. Never again. Be aware

“As a senior, I don't always get how internet scams operate. However, COVSECLTD * COM put me at ease. They checked in frequently, communicated clearly, and never hurried me. They guided me through every stage of the procedure and even offered assistance with simple tasks like email recovery. Companies that treat senior citizens with as much tolerance and respect are hard to come by these days. I appreciate their assistance and candor.

Late delivery, I am still waiting to see the state of the flowers when they do arrive. Terrible customer service from the "friendly customer service team" if they use a third party for delivery and have no say or involvement in any of that then they need to PUIT THAT CLEARLY ON THEIR WEBSITE. 100 % customer satisfaction? I think not........

I contacted this company when I was disattisfied with a delivery of flowers. It was rectified very quickly and efficiently and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I have since placed a further order and I am extremely impressed with their service.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered flowers for a birthday and did not receive any communication regarding the delivery tracking process. When I contacted the Prestige Flowers for information, I was told delivery was attempted and that Royal Mail was to blame for the lack of communication and nothing could be done. I was not offered a redelivery fee which I would have happily paid or arrange for pickup as it was less than 24 hours, instead I was told the flowers would be “discarded as it was a perishable item”. To say I am very unhappy with the service and communication is an understatement. As someone who usually uses M&S and have never had this issue before I really hate that I wasted my money and trust on a company that does not pride itself in good customer service.

I ordered a Mother's Day gift from Prestige Flowers, spending over £50 including delivery, and paid extra specifically for guaranteed Sunday delivery. My elderly parents live in a block of flats, and the courier couldn’t even be bothered to wait for them to get to the door – just left a missed delivery card and disappeared. I contacted Royal Mail and was told the redelivery wouldn’t happen until Tuesday – completely missing the point of a Mother's Day gift. When the flowers finally arrived, it was even more disappointing: just four wilted rose stems and mostly leaves. It looked nothing like the bouquet advertised. The only usable items were a small cake and card – hardly worth the money I paid. I contacted Prestige Flowers to request a refund, but they outright refused and didn’t even offer any form of compensation or alternative solution. Absolutely appalling customer service. I won’t be using them again and strongly advise others to avoid them – overpriced, unreliable, and uninterested in making things right.

Awful company, wish I had seen all these reviews. I ordered Mother’s Day flowers, large bouquet (first picture is what I was expecting) some of the flowers were dead, looked nothing like the picture. Contacted prestige flowers, awful customer service. They offered me £15.00 credit on my next purchase….NEVER AGAIN! Going through my credit card to dispute and get full payment. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!’

I ordered a bouquet from Prestige Flowers, expecting the beautiful, full arrangement shown on their website (first image). However, what I actually received was completely different – a much smaller bouquet with far fewer flowers, wrapped in black paper that looks more suited for a funeral (second image). The difference between what was advertised and what arrived is unacceptable. This is misleading advertising, and I feel like I paid for something I did not receive. Extremely disappointed with this order and will not be using Prestige Flowers again. Would not recommend.

To all prospective customers: you decide whether you would be happy with this before purchasing. This was the ‘joyful’ bunch, sized medium. £35. Am so embaressed my mum received this. 1st picture is what is advertised on the Prestige website, the 2nd is what you will receive. Main flower isn’t even there. I really wish i had done more research and seen the reviews beforehand.

Absolutely stinking bouquet delivered to me. Not a live flower in bouquet, broken stems, petals everywhere. I also had a card delivered from them and there was a massive print error on it. Actually laughable. Customer service sent generic messages on live chat and refused to refund. I will never use again.
