“Ordered engagement flowers for my daughter , pinks white roses pale beautiful flowers and paid for larger size ... received bright pink orange and minimal size refused refund ... cant use so waste of 30 pounds”
“Worst Florist and Customer Service, no care for the customer.
Asked if Lillies could be excluded from a "Florist Choice" bouquet due to extreme allergies, this was ignored and simple generic reply regarding adding more items to an order. Of course, Lillies arrived within the bouquet.
Emailed with complaint, again generic response clearly without taking note of my order detail or severe allergies.
In no way a personal service. Money grabbing. Would NOT recommend.”
“I have received flowers from Prestige Flowers as gifts on two separate occasions, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing.
On both occasions, the flowers received were of poor quality and did not match the arrangements shown in the online photographs. The bouquets looked much less impressive than advertised, and some of the flowers appeared wilted and were already deteriorating shortly after delivery.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the response from customer service. I sent photographs clearly showing the condition of the flowers and how different they were from the advertised arrangements. Rather than acknowledging my concerns, I was told that the flowers were acceptable. I found this response dismissive and unhelpful.
Having experienced the same issues twice, I do not believe this was a one-off occurrence. Based on my experience, both the quality of the flowers and the customer service fell well below expectations, and I would not recommend Prestige Flowers.”
“Poor overall quality and size (paid extra for large and were a £50 bunch) and flowers already wilting when arrived and had less blooms than in photo.
These were for a colleagues 50th birthday and 25 year long service presentation and were that poor I had to purchase another bouquet elsewhere.
I complained with 4 photos from several angles including Ariel and asked for a refund which they refused.
Avoid avoid avoid !”
“I ordered a medium size bouquet and was really disappointed when they arrived. They looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered. I have attached a picture of what I ordered and one of what arrived.”

“Flowers I ordered to be delivered on 26th May still not arrived customer services not at all helpful. Avoid this company. I wish I read the reviews before ordering,”
“Do not order from Prestige Flowers. Extremely disappointing quality and poor customer service. (This is not the correct review channel for Prestige Flowers, there is an official one.)
I ordered a “Luxury Florist Choice” bouquet in the maximum size available, which was medium, for my Mum’s birthday. I paid the full £40, expecting something that looked and felt like a premium bouquet.
What arrived was honestly awful. The flowers looked cheap, basic, and nothing like the quality shown on the website. There were no luxury stems, nothing special, and nothing that justified the price. It looked more like something you would pick up from a supermarket, not a luxury florist bouquet.
My Mum then sent me another photo the next day and half the flowers had not even survived the night. That is ridiculous, especially as both my Mum and I usually manage to keep bouquets looking good for up to two weeks.
It also seems the flowers are not coming from a local florist or being delivered by a proper flower delivery service. They were delivered by Royal Mail, which really does not feel appropriate for a luxury flower order.
I contacted customer service with photos and they were just as disappointing. They refused to offer a refund and said the bouquet met the correct stem count and was created as described. Apparently, they saw no issue with the quality or freshness.
This has been such a frustrating experience. I would never recommend this company. Based on my experience, they seem more concerned with ticking a box on stem count than actually providing a beautiful, fresh, luxury bouquet.
There are many other complaints online, and I really wish I had checked more carefully before ordering. Lesson learnt: always choose a local florist instead.”
“Absolutely disgusting company! Flowers were absolutely awful , delivered almost dead within 2 days they ended up in the bin I’ve never received such diabolical flowers in my life!!!! And have they rectified my complaint……. NO WAY!!!”
“Totally disappointed with the quantity of flowers delivered to an unwell friend. Ordered large and didn’t get the quantity as per the photos on line, could have gone to a supermarket and got more and better quality for the price paid. I paid £37 with postage after £10 discount. Quoted price on line was £60+ Photos show the evidence. Following a complaint and four attempts of an outcome told the florist manager said the bouquet met company requirement. Outrageous!!!!! Don’t wast your money as it will be embarrassing when your friend sends a picture to you.”
“I sincerely appreciate Mrs. Zamora Lisette for her dependable support. She resolved my withdrawal issue promptly and ensured the entire process was smooth and stress-free.”
“Prestige Flowers advertise Next Day Delivery if ordered by 10pm day before. I ordered by 3pm day before and flowers did not come for a special occasion needed next day. They were not interested when asked for a refund nothing was offered customer service is terrible. It does say next day delivery is up to 7.30pm but the flowers didn’t arrive that day at all. It was pointed out to me it can take take up to 3 days to deliver “Next Day” flowers…. I have recommended Prestige to many people in the past but Never again!!!
Maybe consider renaming this service you say you provide….Maybe Next Day Delivery!!
Wish I had read all the 1 star reviews before ordering.
Flowers were only half the size in the pictures shown when they eventually did arrive!!! The occasion had past so flowers were a waste of time!!!”
“Found the package by the door late afternoon, red roses a pale colour, when I cut into the stems they were dry petals paper thin and already starting to droop, they had not been near water for some time. Such a shame my son wasted his money. Replacement would be a nice gesture, certainly don't need the advice to change the water and cut the stems they are beyond that a day after they arrived.”
“Absolutely disgusting company. Order flowers get a stick in a pot and and customer service answer is "screw you". Do not ever use unless you like to throw money away.”
“Completely disappointed with what I got , I order a quite expensive bouquet for a friend and the roses were brown , but was toldby the team that the bouquet looks good so they wouldn't refund me .”
“Much like all the one star reviews. My order arrived late. Was less than half the amount of the advertised image (I paid extra for the biggest bunch) flowers were dead and moldy, missing heads from stems.
Absolutely awful looking flowers for £50. The few that were alive were not even worth £5. Customer service is truly awful. Wouldn’t refund just offered store credit - as if I’d buy anything again!
I am truly mortified that the recipient received these from ‘me’ during her time of grief. Would have had fresher/fuller ones from the local co-op at a fraction of the price.
Scammy online ‘florist’ charging a fortune and delivering scrap flowers!
Wish I could attach the photos here. Picture garden weeds, a bouquet that’s been dead in a vase for two weeks and maybe 2 live roses. That’s what it resembles!
AVOID!”
“Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish.
The flowers arrived in a dire condition — the water bag was completely squashed and empty, leaving the bouquet looking dry, lifeless, and far from what anyone would expect when sending a thoughtful gift. To make matters worse, the card I included was damaged by water, which completely ruined the personal touch.
What’s even more frustrating is the patronising and condescending tone of the messages I received afterwards. I was given basic, unnecessary advice about how to cut and arrange flowers — as if I don’t already know how to put flowers in a vase. It felt dismissive rather than helpful.
I was also repeatedly asked to send photos, despite already providing them. This constant back-and-forth only added to the irritation instead of resolving the issue.
A bouquet should arrive in good condition, ready to be enjoyed — not something you have to try and revive over 3–4 days in the hope it might eventually look presentable. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering flowers in the first place.
Disgraceful service. I would never order from them again.”
“Please think twice before buying anything from this irresponsible company, which shows no regard for customer satisfaction, does not resolve problems, and clearly does not care about you.”
“My daughter sent me flowers for Mother’s Day and they came a day later in the afternoon. They were all Shrivelled up a few of the Lily heads were completely dead. So out of two of the lilies that was in the bunch I got two flowers heads that opened but still didn’t look great just lasted two days, the roses were all dropping and falling apart and as I was trying to arrange them in a vase a few heads fell off but I was hoping the rest of them would maybe pick up the following morning. No such luck a few more heads fell on the counter through the night. I sent photographs to my daughter and she made a complaint but I didn’t get anymore flower from them as they said the complaint came in to late. The rest went in the bin three days later but to be Honest they should have went straight in the bin on the first day. I have still got Beautiful flowers from my other children that was bought in the supermarket for a lot less money and they look like they will last for awhile yet. Sorry but will not be buying flowers from you again. From one very angry mum”
