“ordered a rose and fresia LARGE bouquet. When it arrived, it was tiny, with loads of greenery and hardly any flowers. It was CERTAINLY nothing resembling the website photo, that I'm not even sure it was the correct bouquet. Upon complaining to prestige, I got a reply back saying the florist manager says the photos i sent show a decent sized and decent quality bouquet.
They do NOT, as after I'd sent various photos, even one with a can of coke for size reference, they still come back saying this! I suspect the florist manager needs new glasses. Also trying to use the line that many of the flowers are sent in bud, so they last longer...I'm not an idiot, I know this isn't he case, but they can't use that argument for the small size bouquet, as there's only one or two buds anyway!!!
I've used the a lot in the past and always ordered a large bouquet. I know what kinda size to expect from them, and THIS ain't it.
Prestige Flowers were initially great when I'm started using them, and I've stupidly recommended them to others, just as they've really started going downhill!!
I wish I could have added photos of the pitiful bouquet on here!
Will NEVER use them again, will be deleting the app, and leaving HONEST reviews of their product and service.

Update:- they've responded below that theyre investigating. They aren't, they are clearly NOT honouring their "100% satisfaction no quibble guarantee" that they seem so proud of. Told me to go back to my bank to file a claim! DISGUSTING!

“I ordered a large Ivory Harmony bouquet at a cost of over £40 for my parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary. It arrived on time in a tatty box and the flowers were very limp. The biggest problem however, was the number and size of the flowers vs the website image. Even allowing for the flowers to fully bloom they were still woefully small vs the website image. There were not nearly as many flowers either. I emailed the company and submitted photos to show the difference but sadly, although they were very polite, they refused to admit that what I had been sent was an issue. I'm sure they will reply to say that I got exactly the right order, but I promise you you will be very disappointed if they do arrive, so don't waste your money.”

1- I received with delay .
2- It was so small of course the money which I paid was large!!! Not the same as they showed on their website.
3- 3 of the flower were broken.

I emailed them and they asked for some photos, I did it . They asked for mor photos for second and third time, I send more than 20 photos for them.
Finally they said photos not clear and they offered £10 credit for my next order!!!

PRESTIGE FLOWERS CONTINUED TO QUOTE Ts AND Cs. NO OFFER OF REFUND . IN THE END THEY AGREED TO A CREDIT FOR THE POSTAGE CHARGE. OBVIOUSLY I DID NOT WISH TO HAVE A CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT AS I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN . EVENTUALLY THE COMPANY FINALLY AGREED TO REFUND THE POSTAGE CHARGE.

“I ordered flowers from Prestige Gifting to be delivered on my first wedding anniversary — a clearly time-sensitive occasion. They didn’t arrive on the date I selected, and the company refused to refund me, even though I live in Glasgow, a major city. They repeatedly claimed Scotland is a “remote area,” despite that not being true according to Royal Mail’s own policies. I’ve had no option but to escalate this through my card provider and report them to Trading Standards. Be cautious if you’re ordering anything time-sensitive.”

Paid for 24 hour delivery. After they did not arrive, contacted he company and was simply a copy and paste generic response of their terms and conditions. Next day, still hadn't arrived and was quoted the same. After 3 days of none arrival I contacted them again and was offered a refund of the postage only. The flowers arrived 3 days after the paid for delivery date. The box was almost destroyed, flowers yellow and half dead, wilted and leaves falling. I sent photos of them as they were delivered damaged, with the postman in shot as proof, photos of the yellowing and half dead flowers and requested s refund. They asked to send more photos. I am now waiting on confirmation that I will be refunded and will pursue alternative methods if necessary. No apology no offer of recompense. Awful customer service (or complete lack of), generic unhelpful responses. Never again. Be aware”
