“I would have give 0 star if I was able , my lovely friend had some flowers sent to me for my birthday , firstly they were left in my bin because I didn't hear my door knock although I was in , I put the flowers in a vase the day they were delivered which was 21st November and by the night the roses looked dead , the bouquet also had alsteromerias in them which last forever usually they were all limp and ready to fall the next day , within 3 days I had a dead bouquet much to my friends horror , this is the second time I've had flowers delivered from you as gifts , there was trouble with the first one being late! So a second was sent and they didn't last either , quite frankly I'm surprised you still have a business , your reviews are awful and so are your flowers , supermarket flowers last much longer and are much fresher”
“My 12 red roses arrived on Tuesday 12/11/24 for our Anniversary in a large box. Sadly, they did not look fresh and were already wilting! They did not arrive in water, but were wet with a cotton material bound to the bottom of the stems. And secured by waterproof tape. Date today Friday 15/11/24
I followed the care instructions supplied. But they were already dying!
I did try to include a photo' but could not.
Very disappointing.”
“Ordered flowers for a family member that were discarded in the communal entrance hall to her apartment, they weren't even delivered to her door!! Ridiculous...I will never ever use this company again and neither should you!”
“They have conned me. Poor size (paid two upgrades on size) and poor quality. Arrived on Friday (positive) but despite they are closed over a weekend they wont make any resolutionas after the weekend is then said to be over the three days!! They emailed after feedback but that was past the 3 days
What is the point in asking how well they did if an issue is simply bounced back as 'too late!!'
This was even an order for a Miss Great Britain event that they are one of the sponsors!!”
“I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.”
“Absolutely disgusted with the Company.
Ordered Sunday as they advertised next day delivery Monday, which I went on to.
Thursday has arrived my family have still not received them. The bouquet of red roses and lilies were because they had to put their dog down and the children are 11 and 7 - hence the importance of sending it on the Monday. I have also been told I cannot get a refund back. Absolutely disgraceful.”
“THANK YOU to Pretsige Floral in Summerside. The flowers I ordered were delivered the next day, they were BEAUTIFUL, and the whole process was I delight for me, the sender, and also the recipient. THANK YOU SO MUCH!”
“The flowers were left outside my sister's front door. The tracking states they were left inside a porch, but she doesn't have a porch. They were left out in the elements all day. Not only was it an issue for potential theft but it was a very hot day and the flowers had to be thrown away less than 72hrs later as they had completely wilted and died. "James" at Customer Service could not have cared less. He told me that they don't have control over delivery as they outsource it, and he didn't care that Royal Mail had lied on the tracking. I've spoken to a few people about the issues I had and as soon as I said Prestige they all said that they had had similar awful experiences both with delivery and their customer service not caring/resolving the the issues. This company doesn't care. Strongly recommend that people search for a legit florist that don't outsource their deliveries so that you know that your recipient will get quality flowers on their special day.”
“Absolutely abysmal in every way. £40 for a tiny, half dead, broken bunch of the cheapest flowers available. They also arrived late despite paying for express delivery. You could buy better quality flowers from a garage forecourt for a quarter of the price. Look at the photo - that cost £40!!! Customer service took no responsibility for this rip off and simply advised to email. Waste of time.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL”
“Poor quality flowers, with ripped leaves. More leaves than flowers, just a poor bunch sent as a birthday gift. When reached out to customer service they offered no apology, in fact stated that the bunch was in great condition.”
“Do not be misled by the marketing of Next Day delivery. Despite requesting next-day delivery and receiving a confirmation e-mail confirming the delivery date, the flowers did not arrive on time. Customer Service was very happy to inform you me this is not guaranteed and it is stated in section 4.1 of the terms and conditions. Not receiving them on the day requested was even more disappointing since they were for a birthday. This is the first time I have used Prestige Flowers. I will be returning to Interflora. The flowers received do not represent what I ordered at all. Size is clearly not Large and the flower arrangement is not as illustrated.”
“I am profoundly dissatisfied with the service from Prestige Flowers regarding my order placed on Wednesday, May 15th, for delivery on Friday, May 17th. This order was meant to celebrate my partner's birthday, a significant milestone given her severe health issues over the past year.
Despite confirming the correct delivery address with customer service on Thursday, May 16th, and anxiously waiting on the 17th, the flowers and card were not delivered as promised. The Royal Mail tracking number merely indicated that Royal Mail was still “expecting” Prestige Flowers to provide the items, with no further updates. Contacting Prestige Flowers' customer support was unhelpful, as I was repeatedly told to wait without any additional information.
Given the importance of this delivery, I sought further clarification from Royal Mail. Two representatives confirmed that while a label had been created on May 16th, the items were never handed over for delivery. This clearly indicates that Prestige Flowers failed to fulfil its commitment.
Despite multiple contacts with customer service, I received no satisfactory explanation or resolution, other than an offer for a refund. This situation has deeply upset both my partner and me, tainting what was meant to be a celebratory day.
Prestige Flowers did not uphold its 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. The failure to deliver the flowers and card on such a crucial day is unacceptable, especially considering the emotional significance of the occasion.
I expected a formal apology and a detailed explanation of why this failure occurred, as well as compensation beyond a simple refund to address the distress and disappointment caused by this experience.”
“Ordered flowers. afternoon tea and an Easter card to arrive for my elderly mum on Easter Sunday. Nothing turned up!
They use Royal Mail who doesn’t deliver on a Sunday or Bank holiday and had I known , I obviously wouldn’t have ordered.
The order still hasn’t arrived as Royal Mail keep putting a card through without knocking the door! That’s a whole other review.
Prestige haven’t answered the phone, emails or the contact form. Only reply I got was FB page, basically trying to say they’re not liable by saying we didn’t enter a contract.
Newsflash…. The minute I give you money for goods, we are entered into a contract.
I’ve now contacted CAB and they’ve advised the next steps. If I don't get a satisfactory response then I’ve to get back to them to escalate to Trading Standards.
If this review can stop even one person to think before using this company, then my job is done. DON’T USE THEM!!! They literally don’t care and you’re not guaranteed to get your order for the day you want. They won’t reply or even assist with the courier.
I can categorically say I will never use them again and I will advise friends and family not to either. Stick with M&S!!!
Ps I don’t leave bad reviews if I can help it, but the lack of customer service here is unacceptable. A few people I’ve spoken to have had the same issues. Time they were made accountable.”
“Received a surprise Easter bouquet of tulips along with cakes, teabags & lily bulbs. The tulips are really beautiful & fresh and are a mixture of colours. The cakes look absolutely delicious (one lemon, one chocolate), and look forward to trying them later. I was absolutely delighted with everything.”
“Absolutely shocking service from Prestige. Will be interesting to see what arrives with my family now as that was not a pleasant experience. Within an hour of placing the order to a good value, I called to advise I had made an error in my booking and was told that absolutely NO changes could be made and now I have paid an excessive amount for pitiful flowers which I loathe. Shocking that this company are unable to give good customer service because 'The ticket has bee raised for the order and now cannot be changed'. Never will use their services again. PLEASE AVOID or be completely sure of what you are ordering as nothing can be done when it has been submitted.”
“Awful customer service, flowers arrived a day late and half day. Contacted customer services and they offered me £10 store credit and my order was nearly £35. STAY AWAY FROM PRESTIGE FLOWERS!!!”
