The flowers actually arrived 3 days later and were rubbish.
We contacted customer service and were quoted the terms and conditions that apparently allowed for them to offer and charge for next day delivery, confirm via email the date and then deliver whenever.
Shocking service and very patronising customer service personnel.

Ordered the Wild and Wonderful Bouquet in a medium size and what was received was a small sparse bunch with missing flowers and the pink roses were old and withered. Nothing like the photo on their website. I've seen better flowers at a petrol station for half the price!
The customer service was diabolical and after many emails and attempts to resolve the matter, in the end was only offered another bouquet. What makes this company so bad is that they kept making things so difficult by requesting more photo's (birds eye view) from me. I was unable to send numerous photo's as the flowers were a gift to an aunt who had a hysterectomy and therefore was unable to leave her bed to stand to take more photo's. The photo sent was more than satisfactory. Ridiculous!
For this situation, knowing my aunt is unable to take in more flowers (due to her personal circumstances), a partial refund would have at least been more appropriate but all that was offered after a long tiring battle with them was another rubbish bunch of flowers from this company which we do not need or want.
This company is nothing but greedy soulless heartless corporate rats!
UPDATE: Received an email back refusing to give a partial refund and only offering store credit. Disgusting!
Spread the news wide and far on their social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc) to avoid and warn others from making the same mistake. This company have to be stopped!”
“The plant I ordered arrived on time, rather unceremoniously, and proceeded to fade and die. It was not cheap. Because I did not complain within 3 days, and only responded when asked for feedback, my complaint was not really dealt with in a satisfactory manner, ie no compensation - a live plant or even flowers would have been appreciated.
Disappointed and I will not be using this company again.”
“Terrible experience with this company. The photos on their website are completely misleading — the bouquets are about a third smaller than shown and far less full. Several flowers and foliage elements were also missing. When I raised my concerns, their response was dismissive and unapologetic, insisting they were right without any empathy. Paid an additional £10. To make it even larger and got a medium bunch of 5 roses, 1 random pink flower and a bit of filller. Comparable bunch at Tesco £10-£15. I was charged £35. Absolute rip off.
Was told that it should fill out in approx 3 days but what I received would never actually achieve the fullness of the bouquet pictured online.

“ordered a rose and fresia LARGE bouquet. When it arrived, it was tiny, with loads of greenery and hardly any flowers. It was CERTAINLY nothing resembling the website photo, that I'm not even sure it was the correct bouquet. Upon complaining to prestige, I got a reply back saying the florist manager says the photos i sent show a decent sized and decent quality bouquet.
They do NOT, as after I'd sent various photos, even one with a can of coke for size reference, they still come back saying this! I suspect the florist manager needs new glasses. Also trying to use the line that many of the flowers are sent in bud, so they last longer...I'm not an idiot, I know this isn't he case, but they can't use that argument for the small size bouquet, as there's only one or two buds anyway!!!
I've used the a lot in the past and always ordered a large bouquet. I know what kinda size to expect from them, and THIS ain't it.
Prestige Flowers were initially great when I'm started using them, and I've stupidly recommended them to others, just as they've really started going downhill!!

Will NEVER use them again, will be deleting the app, and leaving HONEST reviews of their product and service.

Update:- they've responded below that theyre investigating. They aren't, they are clearly NOT honouring their "100% satisfaction no quibble guarantee" that they seem so proud of. Told me to go back to my bank to file a claim! DISGUSTING!

“I ordered a large Ivory Harmony bouquet at a cost of over £40 for my parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary. It arrived on time in a tatty box and the flowers were very limp. The biggest problem however, was the number and size of the flowers vs the website image. Even allowing for the flowers to fully bloom they were still woefully small vs the website image. There were not nearly as many flowers either. I emailed the company and submitted photos to show the difference but sadly, although they were very polite, they refused to admit that what I had been sent was an issue. I'm sure they will reply to say that I got exactly the right order, but I promise you you will be very disappointed if they do arrive, so don't waste your money.”

I paid about £70.00 with the delivery for large Windsor wedding flower.
1- I received with delay .
2- It was so small of course the money which I paid was large!!! Not the same as they showed on their website.
3- 3 of the flower were broken.
4- it was in BLACK BOX IN BLACK PAPER WRAP FOR WEDDING PARTY!!!!!!
I emailed them and they asked for some photos, I did it . They asked for mor photos for second and third time, I send more than 20 photos for them.
Finally they said photos not clear and they offered £10 credit for my next order!!!
