When the recipient showed me the flowers she had received they looked nothing like the ones I ordered. The recipient seemed happy with the yellow flowers in the bouquet however I had ordered a much prettier pink and cream bouquet. The one delivered looked nothing like the one I'd ordered. For whatever reason, Prestige never communicated the substitution to me nor gave me an option to re-order. I also thought on the Saturday, that I was ordering 'next day' delivery (Sunday) until I had a message saying they would be delivered on the Tuesday. They actually were delivered on the Monday. Fortunately the recipient knew nothing of this and seemed happy to be receiving the gift of flowers. I less so.

I ordered flowers with Prestige flowers,and read reviews after order I was so worried,as this was important,and I wanted a special delivery Thankfully flowers arrived in good condition,but the size of bouquet was very small even though I paid an extra 10£ for bigger one.I was satisfied as my niece loved the flowers,

A roses & lilies bouquet was ordered for Mothering Sunday. As others have said within a very short time all blooms either dead or unopened. Photos were sent with an email and it was agreed a replacement bouquet would be sent. This arrived on day specified but the condition was exactly the same. Another photo sent and it was agreed, a bouquet of tulips (which were lovely) would be sent and these also arrived on the correct day. Sadly another disappointment. Only one has opened and the remainder are either dry & papery or dead. I have advised the person who sent the flowers not to use the company again ( I never will). and whilst I was pleased with the customer service response the flowers are a huge disappointment.

It's absolutely no good delivering flowers if there isn't a message with them!! It was my 80th birthday yesterday had 11 deliveries of flowers from different companies & you were the only one to let me down.

Order Ref: 2944201 #P3485851 & Delivery Date 06/03/2020 The Flowers were delivered on time. Unfortunately, the flowers were not as fresh as it should have been. I am a regular customer. Probably, I may have to rethink, if I have to send flowers.

Website was fairly easy to follow. Main complaint was the confirmation email recieved did not match the amount that was was taken from my bank account. Took me a while to work out why more monies had been taken. The email I recieved did not have the P&P which obviously was misleading. The flowers that were recieved were apparently lovely and were delivered on time.
