“Please think twice before buying anything from this irresponsible company, which shows no regard for customer satisfaction, does not resolve problems, and clearly does not care about you.”
“My daughter sent me flowers for Mother’s Day and they came a day later in the afternoon. They were all Shrivelled up a few of the Lily heads were completely dead. So out of two of the lilies that was in the bunch I got two flowers heads that opened but still didn’t look great just lasted two days, the roses were all dropping and falling apart and as I was trying to arrange them in a vase a few heads fell off but I was hoping the rest of them would maybe pick up the following morning. No such luck a few more heads fell on the counter through the night. I sent photographs to my daughter and she made a complaint but I didn’t get anymore flower from them as they said the complaint came in to late. The rest went in the bin three days later but to be Honest they should have went straight in the bin on the first day. I have still got Beautiful flowers from my other children that was bought in the supermarket for a lot less money and they look like they will last for awhile yet. Sorry but will not be buying flowers from you again. From one very angry mum”
“Having tried repeatedly and cordially to try and resolve the disgraceful service from Prestige Flowers with their customer service team I remain aghast at how bad their service and their product is. The advertised goods bear no resemblance to what you, or those you want to send a gift to, actually receive. I would strongly advise you to avoid this dreadful organisation at all costs.
They claim that what is delivered is as per the specification yet are unable to point to any part of their advertising that provides such a specification. Be warned: what they advertise and present on their website is NOT what will be received.
Not only do they deliver unacceptable poor product...they deliver it days later too!”
“What they dont tell you is that even though you select a delivery date if you live in scotland its 3-5 working days FROM your selected date, but it states an extra working day on there website, so by the time you get them there all wilted and look rubbish, when you complain they will not refund or offer compensation of any kind in my case customer service was shocking, sorry no photos still waiting for delivery”
“After struggling to place an order that went through on their website for next day delivery, I was then informed the day of delivery I had missed the cut off by 5 minutes so they were delivered the next day, defeating the object of the purchase. The customer service response when I indicated my frustration was lacking in care or concern. I don't know what the flowers are like yet, I will ask but based on the reviews I am seeing, I won't be using this site again.”
“I was really disappointed with the flowers for Mothers Day. The delivery was by Royal Mail and the flowers were wilted when they arrived and half dead by the middle of the week. Will not be ordering from them again as they were not cheap.”
“Mother’s Day flowers from Prestige Flowers… already wilting on arrival and in the bin two days later 💐👏
Apparently I now need to provide a “bird’s eye view” photo… of flowers I’ve already thrown away. Makes perfect sense.
Offered a £10 voucher for the trouble too – generous.
Wouldn’t recommend.

“The flowers were not delivered on the date I selected. When I contacted customer care, the response was disappointing—they focused on stating that delivery isn’t guaranteed and may take up to three days. This was not made clear during the ordering process and should be communicated upfront when customers are asked to choose a delivery date.”
“Wrong flowers and message sent for mother’s day. Customer service is appalling. No apology just loads of questions. Even with photos sent refused to admit any fault and wouldn’t even refund my sons the difference in cost between the flowers they ordered and those I received. Bitterly disappointed”
“Disappointing flowers
Disappointing flowers. A gift for Mothers Day and what i received was nothing like the image on the website.
I ordered a large bouquet and they look like something purchased from a petrol station, no scrap that the petrol station flowers would have been nicer.
The customer service team are unhelpful and not willing to do anything about my complaint.
I will never use them again.
Stay clear of this company”
“Really disappointed with the standard of flowers received.Followed all the information re looking after them.Roses which are wilting day by day and other flowers dying and this is only the 3rd day of receiving them”
“Very disappointed ordered them as a mothers day present they look nothing like the pictures they were wilted definitely not worth it could get better flowers from Tesco”
“Dead flowers delivered. Ordwred an exspensive areangement from Prestige flowers for mothers day the flowers arrived DEAD. I contacted prestige shared clear images of the dead flowers they were very slow to respond. I had to rush out and purchase replacement flowers so my children already distraught cojld at.least give their mother some flowers on this very special day.
Thomas of prestige finally responded requested images which were shared clearly showing the dead flowers they offered a goodwill gesture of £5 how insulting they tend offered to replace the flowers but guarantee of either quality or delivery given.
Their recurring theme of asking for images which had been provided multiple times was a viruses a ploy to grind down complaints.
The upshot is they have a 3 day complaint timeframe they publish a 100percent satisfaction guarantee policy. They do not uphold this.
In summary they take monies for shoddy dead flowers do not help hey provide no refund no resolution
DO NOT USE this Company”
“Absolute rip off. Paid near to£40 for flowers for Mother’s Day. Arrived and I was extremely disappointed. Small and not enough for the amount I paid!
I will not be ordering from here again.”
“Absolute disaster. Spent nearly 40£ on a large bouquet and a few flowers and a load of dead bulbs arrived absolute disappointment and customer service dont help at all. No help at all. Waste of money and highly disappointed. So upset about it really exploiting people. Posted below what i ordered in a large size and what was sent. 0 stars.”
“What a disgrace! Ordered flowers for my mother and what was sent was disappointing, embarrassing and quite frankly an absolute con. I emailed the company and was told that after being reviewed they were deemed as fine. Please look at the photos of what I ordered compared to what we received. I even paid £10 extra for the larger bunch! Couldn’t got better for £5 in a petrol garage”
“I received a notification on the actual day of delivery that Prestige Flowers had made an error during the dispatch process. This completely defeated the purpose of my order, as the flowers were meant to arrive on my friend’s birthday.
I immediately requested a refund, as timely delivery was the entire reason for placing the order. However, this was refused. Instead, I was told that the “fresh flowers” had already been handed to Royal Mail and would be delivered the next day.
Expecting flowers to remain fresh after a delayed dispatch — especially when the delay was caused by Prestige Flowers — is unreasonable. Birthday flowers arriving late lose both their meaning and value.
I’m very disappointed with how this was handled and with the lack of accountability. I would not recommend Prestige Flowers if you need your order to arrive on time for an important occasion.”
“BEWARE - Dont even deserve 1 star.
Received what was sold as a large bouquet for Valentines day. It was not a large bunch and very poor quality flowers especially the roses. They did not open at all. My husband complained and he was told how to cut at angle and put in a vase, so patronising. Obviously this was done before complaint was made! He then sent photos that showed brown petals on roses and was told to remove them so roses would flourish. They did not, they just wilted Requested refund. Not given, they told him to go thru credit card company. Disgraceful customer service. Poor quality product. WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. BEWARE!”
“What an experience with Prestige Flowers — and not in a good way.
I paid over £40 including p&p for what was advertised as a beautiful, abundant bouquet. What arrived, however, was a tiny, underwhelming bunch that genuinely looked like it had been picked up from a petrol station on the way home — and not even a good one. It bore very little resemblance to the lush, full arrangements shown on the website.
When I complained, I was advised to carefully follow the care instructions so the bouquet could “grow.” I can only assume they thought it was going to explode into life and magically transform into the huge display shown on their website. Unfortunately, the only way that would happen is if someone actually PUT MORE FLOWERS IN.
After I sent clear photos highlighting the difference between the advertised images and what I received, I was told it was “within their guidelines” and that several members of staff and management had reviewed it and agreed it was correct. Reassuring to know multiple people can look at something so underwhelming and unanimously decide that’s worth over £40.
I was even advised to contact my bank for a chargeback — while being told they would dispute it. Helpful.
For comparison, I went to a local florist and, for just £3 more, received a genuinely huge, beautiful arrangement that actually looked like it was worth the money.
If you enjoy paying premium prices for budget-looking bouquets and being told they might grow into something better, this could be the company for you. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend spending your money locally instead.”
