Ordered flowers. afternoon tea and an Easter card to arrive for my elderly mum on Easter Sunday. Nothing turned up! They use Royal Mail who doesn’t deliver on a Sunday or Bank holiday and had I known , I obviously wouldn’t have ordered. The order still hasn’t arrived as Royal Mail keep putting a card through without knocking the door! That’s a whole other review. Prestige haven’t answered the phone, emails or the contact form. Only reply I got was FB page, basically trying to say they’re not liable by saying we didn’t enter a contract. Newsflash…. The minute I give you money for goods, we are entered into a contract. I’ve now contacted CAB and they’ve advised the next steps. If I don't get a satisfactory response then I’ve to get back to them to escalate to Trading Standards. If this review can stop even one person to think before using this company, then my job is done. DON’T USE THEM!!! They literally don’t care and you’re not guaranteed to get your order for the day you want. They won’t reply or even assist with the courier. I can categorically say I will never use them again and I will advise friends and family not to either. Stick with M&S!!! Ps I don’t leave bad reviews if I can help it, but the lack of customer service here is unacceptable. A few people I’ve spoken to have had the same issues. Time they were made accountable.

Absolutely shocking service from Prestige. Will be interesting to see what arrives with my family now as that was not a pleasant experience. Within an hour of placing the order to a good value, I called to advise I had made an error in my booking and was told that absolutely NO changes could be made and now I have paid an excessive amount for pitiful flowers which I loathe. Shocking that this company are unable to give good customer service because 'The ticket has bee raised for the order and now cannot be changed'. Never will use their services again. PLEASE AVOID or be completely sure of what you are ordering as nothing can be done when it has been submitted.

Awful customer service, flowers arrived a day late and half day. Contacted customer services and they offered me £10 store credit and my order was nearly £35. STAY AWAY FROM PRESTIGE FLOWERS!!!

Joke of a company. Ordered a bouquest of roses for my Wife for a Valentines Day surprise. Come the day no sign of any delivery... spent the afternoon trying to contact "customer service" via live chat and telephone, both services were switched off. Flowers never arrived. Sent an email to be told my Wife is not known by Royal Mail and they tried to attempt delivery. Total fabrication, we were at home when the delivery was meant to have taken place (6.48pm - odd time for the posties to turn up!). The flowers arrived outside our door the next afternnon, half dead and sad. Requested a refund when i finally received an email response (approx 24 hours after the initial complaint). Apparently they perfromed the fullfillment of the order in line with their company standards - therefore I am not due a refund of any form. If this level of customer service is what they deem acceptable then they are destined for failure. Avoid like the plague - use another company!

This is the second time I have used Prestige whereby they have delivered my order late. An order that was for a special occasion and the date was missed again. The last time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I did complain that they used Royal Mail on days that they were striking so of course the delivery was never going to get there on time. However on this occasion they have let me down once again and their response is: It is important to note that by making a purchase from Prestige Gifting, you are not entering into a contract that guarantees a specific delivery time frame. During peak periods, we reserve the right to extend delivery times as necessary. In the event that we miss the specified delivery date during peak periods but still fulfil the order, you will not be entitled to a full refund. Any remedy provided will be at our discretion. Also worth noting that they did not dispatch my order until the day it was due to be delivered and I didn't get notified of this delay. So in short, your delivery will turn up whenever it turns up and not to hold them to account. Awful service.

Not delivered on day requested I wouldn't give any stars if I could. On the order form it asks for delivery date, however they don't make it clear there is a 3 day window for delivery. I asked for my friends 70 th birthday and the flowers didn't arrive. I am furious and she is disappointed. I wish I hadn't chosen this company and I certainly won't again. Very angry with their poor service, be warned.

I agree with all the negative reviews they received. If they can’t deliver on the promise date, they shouldn’t accept the order. They just keep apologizing for their mistakes but no improvement. They should value their customers sand be professional with their business 👎

Very disappointed with this company, it was my first and last purchase from this company. I placed my order at 9 pm and after I paid for it I realised the card was a Christmas card rather than "get well soon" card. Within seconds I contacted them to either change the card or remove the card completely. However their response was very stupid that they can't change any part of the order. Then why you have an email address on your website for changing orders? Why don't you write clearly that you can't make any changes to your orders? Everyone AVOID AVOID AVOID...I thought I pay more with this company to get a value and good customer service but I realised the cheaper smaller businesses are more reliable than this company.

Ordered flowers for my 20th wedding anniversary and was appalled by the quality. £60 bouquet and I’d say it was worse than what you can get in supermarket for 15 quid. Flowers on the last legs - brown and damaged. Despite the so called “100% satisfaction guarantee” and pictures showing the poor quality they refused to refund. Apparently their “florist” has deemed them within quality standards. Which says a lot! Please don’t make the same mistake as me and buy locally. I had to anyway as I was embarrassed to give these garage quality flowers to my wife. Avoid this company at all costs. I am now going through credit card for chargeback and will take them to small claims court if I have to. Disgraceful.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Absolutely terrible service. My mother's flowers did not arrive on the day they were supposed to, despite placing order 4 days in advance. To make matters worse, the customer "service" received was quite frankly a joke and they were not willing to make the matter right. I was told they use "a reliable 24hour delivery service" which is evidently not the case as there was nothing reliable about it. They passed the blame elsewhere and only offered to cover the postage cost in the form of online credit - as a way to get me back to use them, which in now way in hell is ever going to happen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered flowers from Prestige as a special treat for my mum. I was extremely disappointed with them upon arrival the roses had wilted and the chrysanthemums were already turning brown. Poor customer service as the only offer was £10 towards another bouquet which I declined as I would never buy from them again. Much better quality of flowers from a supermarket for £10 than these for £30 plus another £5.99 for delivery! Never again.

I ordered flowers for my Mother's 87th birthday. She lives in a care home so I clearly included her name in the details so it would be obvious who they were for. When I visited a few days later there was no sign of the flowers and she could not remember receiving them. I checked my emails and there was no tracking link received despite the order confirmation saying one would be sent. I contacted Prestige Flowers who sent an automated reply saying this is your tracking information 'no tracking assigned'. I wrote back suggesting this confirmed my view that the flowers were not delivered. They then sent a photo of a box of flowers perched on a windowsill with a single name as a signature - could have been anyone, anywhere. They said they had checked the location and it was definitely the correct address. I pointed out that this did not tally with the fact that I had not received tracking details and their first response suggested there had been no tracking assigned. I received a reply saying so sorry I hadn't received the tracking link, but if I wanted to amend the delivery details I could do so - so I suspect that all the responses were just automated, or maybe it was just a customer service assistant who simply did not care. Absolutely no response to my several requests for a refund and how I wish I'd checked reviews before I ordered as I've since seen so many other similar complaints about this company. I accept that things can go wrong, but why send flowers by Royal Mail and why not just accept that something went wrong and issue a refund. It's not even the money I'm concerned about, it's their total lack of sensible and genuine response.

I ordered mother's day flowers (roses and lilies) for my mum and mother in law and was so disappointed when I saw what they received. The bouquets were pathetically small (I ordered the medium size), the roses were nearly dead and drooping even though the policies hadn't even started to open. Customer service was terrible - when I complained they just offered 10% off my next order - not much use when I would never order from them again. Both deliveries were also late despite being placed within the required timeframe

My 18yr old daughter spent £50 with this company sending me some flowers for mother's day. The roses heads drooped the day after delivery and the lilies never opened. She emailed them with pictures of the flowers and was offered £10 off her next purchase. She wrote to them again and they said they would send a replacement bunch. The 2nd bunch arrived but contained only half the amount of flowers !! The quality was not good again either. Some of the leaves are bent or snapped and the end of the petals are already turning brown. The lilies arent looking too healthy either so I wouldn't be surprised if they fail to open again also. She should have been offered a refund first as last. Terrible experience.
