Paid £38 for a September bouquet, which was sent by royal mail and delivered on time. The bouquet was not worth the money with half the blooms of the advertised and photos over all very disappointing. Would have got better for £10 in tesco. Certainly wouldn't use again. They supposedly have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, but that means nothing. Contacted customer service and was told I got what I payed for. ( photos were provided). One of advertised bouquet one of what was received.
