“Received a surprise Easter bouquet of tulips along with cakes, teabags & lily bulbs. The tulips are really beautiful & fresh and are a mixture of colours. The cakes look absolutely delicious (one lemon, one chocolate), and look forward to trying them later. I was absolutely delighted with everything.”

She loves them. Arrived with the Vase I ordered and some Chocolates and a balloon.

The ones I sent flowers to were all pleasantly surprised and noted the beautiful packaging and the actual quality flower compositions. The delivered flowers look exactly like on the picture. When ordering flowers I always turn to Prestige flowers and know they never disappoint!”
“A roses & lilies bouquet was ordered for Mothering Sunday. As others have said within a very short time all blooms either dead or unopened. Photos were sent with an email and it was agreed a replacement bouquet would be sent. This arrived on day specified but the condition was exactly the same. Another photo sent and it was agreed, a bouquet of tulips (which were lovely) would be sent and these also arrived on the correct day. Sadly another disappointment. Only one has opened and the remainder are either dry & papery or dead. I have advised the person who sent the flowers not to use the company again ( I never will). and whilst I was pleased with the customer service response the flowers are a huge disappointment.”

The Flowers were delivered on time. Unfortunately, the flowers were not as fresh as it should have been. I am a regular customer. Probably, I may have to rethink, if I have to send flowers.”

Main complaint was the confirmation email recieved did not match the amount that was was taken from my bank account. Took me a while to work out why more monies had been taken. The email I recieved did not have the P&P which obviously was misleading.
The flowers that were recieved were apparently lovely and were delivered on time.”
“Ordered some flowers for a weekend delivery before Valentines Day.Still not arrived yet and at Royal Mail depot.Been let down badly and will never use again.Trying to get customer service is like talking to a brick wall!!!”
“No reply from customer service after 4 days. After telling them the condition of the flowers. I ordered some mothers day flowers. They were delivered on time, on mothering Sunday, but already started to droop the next day. My sister brought flowers on Friday from the supermarket, and gave them to my mother on Sunday Yet those flowers were in better condition tham the ones i ordered from Prestige. Below is a picture of the flowers I spent nearly £40 on. One day after delivery and as you can see the roses are floppy. 😔”

“I received for a special occasion from my son who lives overseas. The delivery was excel but the flowers were shocking. Stems and heads with no greenery however there were brown dry twigs interspersed with the blooms. My sons trust was abused and I was insulted. I mailed the company and after three emails backwards and forward, they agreed to replace. Fine and the replacement arrived. I can not recommend this company as there should have been no need for complaint.”
“Ordered some flowers for an anniversary, and paid the extra £5.80 for Next Day delivery. The flowers did not arrive the next day, as the courier couldn't find the address (!), and didn't contact me to let me know. I then spent half an hour on hold, only to be hung up on when I questioned this.
I understand that things go wrong with deliveries, but I was really surprised that the extra fee paid for Next Day delivery is not refunded if they aren't delivered the next day. What is the point of paying this, if it makes no difference? Would not recommend this company.”
“Terrible - was assured this bouquet had left premises....only to see tracking later was not handed over to mail until later that day! Bought med birthday bouquet....should have been ribbon attached - none. Medum was more like small bunch and wilted. Never use again!”
