Royal Mail still not delivered plant from last Friday and it is now Monday, so plant completely dead I imagine. Asked Prestige Flowers for a refund and keep being told to rearrange delivery with Royal Mail!! It's a plant and not a can of beans........ Do not use this Company as they do not deliver on service, or anything else for that matter.

Arrived on time but in absolutely appalling condition, Roses dying and dry leaves all over my floor when I opened the bouquet. Will advise my friend never use this company again.

I’ve never experienced anything like this before! Do, first bouquet arrived with set of dead rotten roses and half dead lily’s buds?!? I complained and they sent me new bouquet that looked absolutely the same! Within one week I’ve received two dead bouquets, and I am still wondering how is that even possible?! Where these people store their flowers before turning them in to bouquets?! I wish I could give them 0. They should issue a refund not replacement that looks absolutely the same!

I chose Prestige flowera as they were the only company that offered next day delivery (needed the flowers for 1st of June) from the top 5/6 on Google search. When I got to the choose delivery day I didn't have the option for 1st so had to do 2nd. It was absolutely disappointing as the flowers were for a feiends 50th birthday. The explanation was "because of the bank holiday" . Then my friend sent me picture of the flowers and I was a bit disappointed with the "medium" size. Not sure if I will give them a second chance.

Received my flowers for Mother’s Day was so disappointed with them awful condition more upset the price my Daughter had paid for them kindly told her not to get them from you no more which she said she wouldn’t it wasn’t just mine her mother in laws were worse

Twice ive had a bad batch of lipflowers flowers to one my family im disgusted with them i gave you a chance to send them back out again but once again old flowers mixed in with the others its not excepted disgusting

Terrible company do not use them i have even contacted the md without no response. I orders flowers for my mum o. Mother’s Day never got them. No refund / no flowers / no resolution after 3 weeks. This company is a con. Don’t use them.

My sister sent me some flowers as a surprise. They were awful. Brown droopy and I just threw them out. I didn’t tell my sister. But I told Prestige and sent them photos. They offered to send me more flowers which I received today. They were brown, totally un fresh very sad looking Lillies. I didn’t pay for them but NEVER use this company when M&S or John Lewis send beautiful bouquets.

I ordered the Rose & Lily bouquet plus for an extra £5 (£28) to get more flowers. But the flowers they sent weren’t worth £10. I had to fight with them to get my refund but they still wouldn’t refund the delivery charge.

No reply from customer service after 4 days. After telling them the condition of the flowers. I ordered some mothers day flowers. They were delivered on time, on mothering Sunday, but already started to droop the next day. My sister brought flowers on Friday from the supermarket, and gave them to my mother on Sunday Yet those flowers were in better condition tham the ones i ordered from Prestige. Below is a picture of the flowers I spent nearly £40 on. One day after delivery and as you can see the roses are floppy. 😔

Ordered mothers day flowers, paid £7.99 for delivery on mother's day UK 14th March,.. NOT DELIVERED. NO EMAIL, NO NOTICE.. My Mum still hasn't got them. I'm absolutely devistated.. I had sent a special message to her for this momentus day & I'm sooo upset. Do NOT order from this company.

I was very upset about the condition of the flowers you sent from my son and the fact I had to lie to him and say they were lovely so I did not upset him they look like I have had them a couple of weeks the roses are all floppy petals falling off they were sent to cheer me up but they have really upset me

My daughter ordered me roses and lilies for my birthday When they arrived looked terrible But my daughter was told they would be fine when they bloomed Lilies never bloomed roses and greenery died absolutely disgusting please do not upset someone by sending these as a gift as I found it very upsetting

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday. She did not receive them. They said they left a delivery card which did not happen and that her flowers were picked up at the depot at 5pm. She was unable to pick them up since she’s a dr. At the hospital and worked a 12 hr day. We were very disappointed. We live in Canada and wanted to surprise her. Sad!

Customer service is shocking. No response to email, no response to form that was filled out on website and waiting to speak to a live person to over an hour, as can be seen in screenshots. They use review bots to post reviews about themselves to make themselves look better than they actually are. All flowers are delivered in a box via royal mail, regardless of whether you select the flowers in a box or not.

I received these tulips this afternoon which should have been delivered last Thursday. After I placed them in the vase they all all drooped. I’m very very disappointed. I’m currently tested positive for Covid and friend hoped this would cheer me up. It’s very disappointing.

I wouldn’t even give this service a 1 star. Absolutely appalling customer service no reply, money taken from count but no clear route where my flowers are and what’s happening? Really disgusting!
