I ordered a large Ivory Harmony bouquet at a cost of over £40 for my parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary. It arrived on time in a tatty box and the flowers were very limp. The biggest problem however, was the number and size of the flowers vs the website image. Even allowing for the flowers to fully bloom they were still woefully small vs the website image. There were not nearly as many flowers either. I emailed the company and submitted photos to show the difference but sadly, although they were very polite, they refused to admit that what I had been sent was an issue. I'm sure they will reply to say that I got exactly the right order, but I promise you you will be very disappointed if they do arrive, so don't waste your money.
