Outrageous customer service! Flowers were shocking. My partner ordered me flowers on Monday the day they arrived, the looked half the size, emailed them and they said they was up to the florsit strandards. 3 days later, they are dying and leafs are snapping they havent bloomed more, emailed again and they said its up to there standards. Will refuse a refund after spending £40 odd on them! Awful!
