Flowers were not fresh. The snapdragons were dead but since they were a birthday gift I placed them on a vase. The roses had brown round the petals
and the whole bunch looked on their last legs. I complained but was told that I hadn’t complained soon enough. It should have been obvious from the photo that 4 day old flowers shouldn’t look like that. I was offered £10 off another bunch. I declined.
