Joke of a company. Ordered a bouquest of roses for my Wife for a Valentines Day surprise. Come the day no sign of any delivery... spent the afternoon trying to contact "customer service" via live chat and telephone, both services were switched off.
Flowers never arrived. Sent an email to be told my Wife is not known by Royal Mail and they tried to attempt delivery. Total fabrication, we were at home when the delivery was meant to have taken place (6.48pm - odd time for the posties to turn up!).
The flowers arrived outside our door the next afternnon, half dead and sad.
Requested a refund when i finally received an email response (approx 24 hours after the initial complaint). Apparently they perfromed the fullfillment of the order in line with their company standards - therefore I am not due a refund of any form.
If this level of customer service is what they deem acceptable then they are destined for failure. Avoid like the plague - use another company!
