Absolutely abysmal in every way. £40 for a tiny, half dead, broken bunch of the cheapest flowers available. They also arrived late despite paying for express delivery. You could buy better quality flowers from a garage forecourt for a quarter of the price. Look at the photo - that cost £40!!! Customer service took no responsibility for this rip off and simply advised to email. Waste of time.
