My mother bought the TV Turbo-32” TXVAF 3265 tv on September 4,2021 with extended warranty with 5 years coverage for technical support with a replacement, the tv came but she needed a technician from day one, three days later it happened again so the technician took it without leaving a replacement tv because the remote control wasn’t in its the box. It’s the 21st of September & after multiple calls & visits to the store she’s still out of a tv. Horrible customer service
