Total scams! They charged me 80£ for hard disk diagnostics. After 3 weeks, absolutely nothing being done, the disk diagnostics never been proceeded so I cancelled the order.( Ref number 442104007404) I took my hard drive back however I wasn't entitled for a refund. This is outrageous.
