Our company has had all of it's lines with Plan for several years now and can't understand all these negative reviews. Their prices are competitive, our account managers are great and answer the phone for help really fast. The best bit is their 'my.plan' online account... it gives us far more control over our bills and spending etc than any network we've been with before!
