They don't do networks that work, they don't do customer service and they don't resolve clients concerns.
They've now offered me the opportunity to find a proper phone company if I pay them nearly £3500 between them and their 'partner' to stop them crucifying my small business.”
“Our company has had all of it's lines with Plan for several years now and can't understand all these negative reviews. Their prices are competitive, our account managers are great and answer the phone for help really fast. The best bit is their 'my.plan' online account... it gives us far more control over our bills and spending etc than any network we've been with before!”
“Had the absolute worst experience with Prestige and plan.com. Disappointing signal quality, customer service is poor. Deliberate over charging, Staff are rude and unprofessional and don't know what they're doing. Talking over me when discussing my matter over the phone. They Canceled my contract without a good enough reason.
