I am impressed by the quick response to a call I made to Planet Bunk Bed. I ordered a bed from them over a year ago and still I was treated like a loyal, and steady customer. My bed is holding up very well and is still just as sturdy and beautiful as it was when it arrived. I called regarding extra screws as mine were misplaced by movers we hired and they sent the hardware out the next day for a minimal fee. I will surely order again from Planet bunk bed!
