Clara at Planetbunkbed is the greatest! Our order for a bed frame was back ordered originally. Clara contacted me directly to ask how we would like to proceed. We wanted to keep the order and wait. Then we closed on our house before the bed was delivered and I contacted Clara to ask if we could change the shipping address. She stated she would look into it and in the mean time asked for the new address.
