The support team is great (specifically Clara). Not only she was patiently inquiring me about the needs I have for the daybed, but also made extra steps in contacting the warehouse to see if the have the item I need in stock. We have been using a Camaflexi daybed for 5 years with our first child and wanted to get another one for our second child as we love that bed, but had a really hard time finding this unit. Clara helped us to find exactly what we need and we placed the order. We appreciate the help!
