I ordered this bed for my daughter for her birthday. It is a very sturdy and solid bed. It had all of the pieces in the shipment. It was delivered in a timely manner. It was a bit hard to put together it would have been nice to have a video to show how to put it together. Planet bunk bed is the only place that I could find a bed that was able to provide a bed that could hold so much weight, now both of my kids can sleep in the bed. Thank You Planet bunk bed!!
