Received most of the boxes really fast, but took a week to receive the remaining two boxes. Once it was all unboxed, we realized we are missing several if not most of the hardware to assemble the bed. I have contacted both the manufacturer and Planet Bunk Bed, but haven't heard back yet since it's the weekend.
