I had a great experience purchasing a bed with trundle from this company. Not only is their product great quality (my background is in interior design so I know good furniture when I see jt) but the customer service is impeccable! We had a hard time figuring out how to assemble the bed at first so I called these guys and they immediately emailed me a video instruction AND followed up with phone call and email. We also needed additional hardware set for trundle and that was shipped over within days also. It is rare in this day and age to encounter such a helpful vendor (especially during these trying times) so it did not go unnoticed. I'm grateful and so thrilled I discovered them, will highly recommend to everyone I know!
