The taxi didn’t turn up to take us from the port in Yokohama to the airport. After waiting an hour, checking all points, putting put on port tannoy we took our own taxi. Contacted customer service on return and treated atrociously and refused to reimburse the cost of the taxi despite the evidence the taxi company provided in no way proving they were there.
