“We booked in May through their website. We paid and opt for the rear of the ship. Checked in couple days ago and found out our cabin is in the front. So we contacted them, but was told us that they have no records of us paying for this option! And it is our fault that we don't said anything beforehand. They claim to have sent me receipt,but we only had confirmation emails with no details.
We will not be booking with them again!”

The lady we contacted, Jill kindly rang me and left a message and an email to confirm, that we had been moved back to the original larger inside cabin, and that she had requested that we would only be moved cabins, to an actual upgrade ie: outside cabin, balcony or suite.
