“116 days since our cruise was cancelled and still no sign of our £10,000! How to ruin my husbands 50th birthday. And to make it worse 2/3 this money is owed to our friends that booked with Planet Cruise on our recommendation as returning customers.
Great booking service and staff polite on the phone. But just keep telling us to be patient when we know they have received the money back from Princess Cruise!
Really worried now after joining the Facebook group Iglu refund action group (parent company)! Looks like we are one of thousands!

Horrific customer service when you need a refund. I could never speak to anyone in person, so all communication was via email. I was repeatedly fobbed off with excuses and quite frankly lied to. Not to mention the rude staff.
I eventually went through Resolver. It was only then Planet Cruise actually took any action to get my money refunded. It still took 3 separate payments to get my full refund (no explanation why this was).
I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. So quick to take your money but work at a snails pace to refund it.”
“Had a cruise booked with Tui through Planet cruise, got cancelled in May now at the end of November still no refund, booked a days excursion direct with Tui and got a refund within a month.”
“Do not use this company. We had a cruise booked with them which was cancelled at the end of March. We asked for a refund The cruise on Celebrity Apex was due on the 5th April. No refund received yet 30/07/20. Unless you want no correspondence no refund and no apologies for their lack of communication go for it.”
