We were very confused, that we had been moved cabins, from one we chose, to a cabin on a different deck, but same grade. The lady we contacted, Jill kindly rang me and left a message and an email to confirm, that we had been moved back to the original larger inside cabin, and that she had requested that we would only be moved cabins, to an actual upgrade ie: outside cabin, balcony or suite. Jill sorted our query quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Jill.
