We booked in May through their website. We paid and opt for the rear of the ship. Checked in couple days ago and found out our cabin is in the front. So we contacted them, but was told us that they have no records of us paying for this option! And it is our fault that we don't said anything beforehand. They claim to have sent me receipt,but we only had confirmation emails with no details.
We will not be booking with them again!
