No boxes sent...just excuses. They send you a 'spoof'? DPD email so it looks like the goods are on the way - but they are NOT! After not hearing from them for almost 2 weeks, I asked for a refund - but it looks like they are using delaying tactics - they send weirdly worded emails when you contact them. They still haven't looked into what happened with my order because I think they scam people. This is a disreputable company. I have started a Chargeback complaint with my bank. It must be hard work to run a company so badly?.... apart from the money you could lose, the aggravation you get by dealing with such people is stressful.
